Seeking Technical Co-Founder

ProtoLive is a pre-launch AI-integrated creative workstation and offline-capable software development environment at version 0.8 — built and mostly functional. I'm looking for a strong technical partner to join on the ground floor: help with codebase audit, beta testing, accelerator applications, and fundraising. If we get in, we go together.

What I'm Offering

10% Founder Equity — Undilutable. Your stake is protected.
$65,000 First-Year Salary — Upon funding. Scales proportionally as total founder compensation grows.
Housing Covered — During any accelerator program or required business travel.
≤24 Hours / Week — After the accelerator your required commitment won't exceed 24 hours weekly. Your time is yours.
